Cape Cod Storm Response · Osprey Project Management Inc.

Storm damage does not need three contractors before you know what to do.

Text Osprey the address and photos. Osprey can coordinate the right crew for tree damage, roof damage, siding damage, water intrusion, emergency stabilization, and the permanent repairs that follow.

One call · the right sequence

Secure it first. Then repair it correctly.

1. Stabilize

Tree removal from structures, temporary protection, tarping, exposed openings, active water entry, debris, and immediate access problems.

2. Assess

Identify what is actually damaged: roofing, siding, trim, framing, windows, gutters, exterior systems, interiors, or more than one trade at once.

3. Restore

Coordinate the permanent repair so the homeowner is not left managing separate crews after the immediate emergency is over.

Send five things. Osprey can start from there.

  • Your name and property address.
  • A few clear photos of the damage, taken only from a safe location.
  • What you can see: tree, roof, siding, water, window, structure, or other damage.
  • Whether water is actively entering the building.
  • Whether the property is safely accessible.

If the loss may involve insurance, Osprey can help organize the construction side of the record: photographs, scopes, estimates, repair sequencing, and contractor coordination. Osprey is not acting as a public adjuster and does not promise claim coverage.

Tree. Roof. Siding. Water. One number.

If there are downed power lines, fire, a gas odor, an active electrical hazard, or a structure that appears unsafe to enter, contact 911 or the appropriate utility first and stay clear of the hazard.
