Osprey Project Management Inc. has operated since 2018. It was formerly known as The Ptown Company.
1. Bring the essentials
Share your property address, a short description of the work, your timeframe, and photos if they will help explain the condition. Budget information is welcome but optional.
2. Osprey reviews the project
The project is reviewed for scope, location, timing, and practical fit. When appropriate, Osprey follows up by text or phone with the next step.
3. Schedule the consultation
The initial conversation is used to clarify what matters and, when the project is a fit, arrange a consultation.
Local work is part of the point.
Osprey works with local crews and local tradespeople to help coordinate different kinds of residential work as projects demand. The company is built around providing value to clients while creating quality jobs and a safe, comfortable workplace for the people doing the work. Fair, livable wages are part of that intention.
Osprey serves Cape Cod and The Islands. Projects outside that area may be considered by special request.
